The Leisure, Facilities and Amenities Committee (LFAC) and Transport Committee meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of the month in the Sampson Room at the Memorial Hall – any change to date or venue will be published here. You will find LFAC agendas and minutes here; and Transport Committee meeting agenda and minutes here; members of the public welcome to attend but please inform the Assistant Clerk of your attendance.
