Hathersage Parish Council is concerned to improve the wider quality of life for Hathersage residents today and in the future.
Within that context, we are currently working towards a vehicle parking strategy and we need your input so that we can develop it to best meets the needs within the parish of all Residents, and Businesses, recognises the needs of visitors and of facilities for electric vehicles.
As part of this, we must be aware of the long-term changes that will come with a low carbon economy (including electric cars and their charging requirements).
To bring about its implementation, the Parish Council must then develop the strategy in conjunction with the development plans of the Peak Park and the District and County Councils.
